Thank you for considering Holy Name of Jesus Church for your Faith Formation.  We look forward to accompanying you and/or your children on their faith journey.

Baptism - We celebrate Baptisms for children under 7 years.  Children ages 7 and older are invited to prepare for and celebrate the Sacrament of Baptism through our Faith Formation program. 

First Communion - Children ages 7-12 (2nd-8th grade) are invited to enroll in our HNJ KIDS First Communion program.  

Confirmation - Children ages 13-18 (9th-12th grade) are invited to enroll in our Confirmation Preparation program.
